Delete your Olivia account
You can initiate deletion from the account settings in the Olivia app. If you cannot access the app, email our support team using the link below.
What to include
- The email address or username connected to your Olivia account.
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
- Do not include your password, payment-card details, or government identification in the initial email.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify control of the account. After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data unless limited retention is permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We will confirm when the request has been completed.
